Welcome to Train Factor, a mobile application provided by Factor 21, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Train Factor mobile application (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Train Factor offers both free and paid subscription options. Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features within the App. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected subscription plan.
•Payment Processing: Payments for subscriptions are processed via third-party services. By providing payment information, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.
•Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are charged on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
•Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Please review the details of your subscription plan carefully before making a purchase.
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account by providing a valid email address. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the property of Factor 21, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without the express written consent of Factor 21, LLC.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Factor 21, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
